Imogene Barron is an Australian photographer now based between London, Los Angeles, and Barcelona, whose work is defined by its quiet intensity, emotional depth, and a nuanced sensitivity to the people and environments she captures. Her images often feel suspended in time: subtle yet powerful reflections of connection, solitude, and atmosphere. At the heart of her practice is a collaborative, human-centred approach, built on trust and instinct.
Imogene began photographing as a teenager, developing an early fascination with storytelling that evolved into a multidisciplinary practice spanning portraiture, documentary, and landscape. Her background as Fashion Director at Dazed Australia and Oyster, and founder of Love Want and Junk Magazine, continues to inform her distinct visual language and editorial sensibility.
She has collaborated with brands and publications including Nike, Zara, Carhartt, i-D, Aries and Mother Denim.
