Job Title: Junior to Mid-Level Producer – Photographic Industry

KINTZING is a new generation photographic agency and licensing platform that champions creativity, fresh ways of looking at the world and unique story-telling.

Opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail/solution-oriented Junior to Mid-Level Producer to join our team full time. This role involves managing small to mid size photographic projects from conception to completion. In addition to this, the Junior Producer will support the Producers on larger commercial advertising projects.

Experience of producing motion would be a plus as would a UK driving licence.

Responsibilities:
-Coordinate and manage all aspects of photographic shoots, including pre-production, production, and post-production.

-Building production budgets, controlling costs, reconciling productions and preparing final invoices

-Collaborate with photographers, stylists, makeup artists, and other crew members to assemble a skilled and cohesive team. 

-Scout and secure locations, manage permits, and organize logistics such as transportation and equipment rental.

-Overseeing casting

-Develop and manage production schedules, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

-Oversee on-set operations, ensuring that shoots run smoothly and addressing any issues that arise promptly.

-Handle post-production tasks, including coordinating retouching, reviewing final images, and delivering assets to clients.

-Maintain accurate records of production expenses and assist with budget reconciliation.

-Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technology, and best practices to continually improve production processes.

Qualifications:
-2 years minimum of experience in production, preferably within the photographic or creative industry.

-Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.

-Proficiency in production software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, project management software).

-Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

-Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

-Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and travel, as needed.
